In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi. I was creating reoccurring events in Amelia and adding the zoom for each event and it was successfully creating zoom events. Then all of a sudden it stopped creating them when I was trying on more events. I have about another 5 events to add zoom to but it is not creating anything. I have tried cancelling and re doing the events but nothing is happening.

This should not be happening. If you're able to assign the Zoom user to one event, you should be able to do it for all.
Can you please share some screenshots with me, and then provide me a temporary wp-admin (administrator) user, and I'll gladly remote in, and take a look?
