Hola, por motivos del COVID he tenido que cancelar varias reservas hechas con Stripe y paypal.
Mi duda es la siguiente, el reembolso del pago se hace automaticamente a las cuentas de los clientes?

Please note that English is the only supported language, so could you please translate your future responses?
Payments made through PayPal, Stripe and WooCommerce need to be manually refunded through those platforms, Amelia can't automate that. For future reference, you can add MetaData and Description to Stripe and PayPal, using the Notification placeholders, so you can easily find the customer, their email, phone number, and so on.
