Bonjour,
J'ai créé des notifications Amelia avec la possibilité d'annulation pour le client avec le shortcode : %event_cancel_url%.
En cliquant sur le lien, j'obtiens le résultat suivant : {"message":"You are not allowed to update booking status"}.
Comment régler ce problème ?
Je vous remercie.

By clicking on the link, I get the following result: {"message": "You are not allowed to update booking status"}.
How can I solve this problem?
Thank you.
Hello Lohan
Thank you for translating your message.
Did you maybe configure the period available for rescheduling and cancelling when you edit the event?
Kind Regards,

Hello,
However, I have activated and deactivated the field concerned, nothing can be done about it. I still get the same message.
I don't know what to do.
Kind regards,
Hello again Lohan
Turns out there was a bug with the cancellation placeholders in version 3.0.1. Can you please update the plugin to v3.0.2, and then test again? The issue should've been resolved with the new version.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
