We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I set up the customer panel for appointments. I made 2 test appointments with my personal email logged out of Wordpress and clicked the link to access my Customer panel. As you can see in the attached the panel is showing all appointments not just the ones associated with that email address. Also, the appointment times are incorrect they are coming up 5hours earlier than they actually are. The 6 am is actually at 11 am and so on. Its showing up the same on my mobile device also. I checked my timezone setting on my computer and in WordPress and everything is correct there. I also have the option selected to show appointments in customer timezones because our appointments are national. the time is also correct in the automated email sent.
Hello Nicole Juchem,
Thank you for your purchase.
This can happen only if that customer is connected to the WP admin user - in no other circumstances can the panel show all appointments instead only that customer's appointments. This happened if you booked an appointment while logged in to WP or accessed the panel , probably, maybe you did close WP but were logged in or booked an appointment the first time while logged in to WP. You need to log out from panel and delete cookies/cache in order to login with another user.
Please try the process in an incognito mode - book an appointment and access the panel - everything in incognito mode (delete cache/cookies before). And let me know if the issue is gone.
The timezone that you set in your WordPress General Settings is the timezone applied to Amelia, so if you have set your City timezone there this is is applied to the Amelia back-end as well. The times that customers see can be times in their own timezone if this option is enabled in Amelia -> Settings -> General. Please check also your browser timezone - refresh it or restart it , maybe another timezone is saved there . Also, if you have maybe VPN enabled disable it.
