Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

    Hello everybody,

    is it possible to only use packeges to book appointments? My costumers should not be able to book single appointments.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Yes, 

    First you need to create separate services, but then when creating packages add those service as  a package.

    Then on the page, you will use the option just to display the packages (attachment)

    And one more question about that: I am planning to include a package in a woocommerce product. Is it possible to do that? Or do the costumers need to book a package manually through Amelia? 

    To simplify my question: Is it possible to sell the package as a predefined product in the store?

    There isn't a possibility for Amelia services/packages to be bought in WooCommerce as a product there, unfortunately. Amelia services and packages can be booked only in Amelia booking form, and WooCommerce can be used for payment purposes only (if you enable it in Amelia, customers would be redirected to WooCommerce checkout when they finish the booking process in Amelia). 


    And I would like to upgrade to pro-licence to use the packages – I am sure, we'll find a solution to sell the packages as I am planning to dosmile.png

    We can do the upgrade for you on Paddle, our sales provider, manually and the amount will be automatically taken off from your account. The amount will be calculated as the difference between the licenses and the time you used the old license and it will be taken from the account you used for purchasing Amelia, the information is saved by Paddle for the yearly subscription.

    If you agree with this, please confirm and let us know what is the license you want (Pro annual/subscription? ) and we will proceed with the upgrade.
