In the WP attachment I book not with amelia and amelia has nothing to do with it. Its just to show you what I mean. I mean the productname in the paypalnotice.
When the booking is via amelia I cant see a productname ( Eventname or Servicename) on the paypalnotice.
The information that are sent to WooCommerce from Amelia are the ones you set in the Metadata and Description field that you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Payments bellow the payment method options. You can add there the placeholders from the Amelia -> Notifications page for the information that you want to be added to WooCommerce order/product information , this is seen on the Cart and Checkout pages in product information section. But there isn't a possibility to affect the transfer of these information from WooCommerce to Payapl, from Amelia's side unfortunately.
When PayPal in Amelia is used directly there is a possibility to send information to PayPal as metadata or description, in the same way it can be transferred to WooCommerce.
You can see it bellow the payment methods in Amelia -> Settings -> Payments
Could you please tell me do you have the newest version of Amelia, 3.0.2? Maybe you have some later version, before we implemented this option to Amelia, we added this in version 2.9.3, so you need to have this version or a newer one to have this option.

Could you just confirm do you want the Pro annual/subscription license as we have the Pro lifetime licenses as well?
After the upgrade, you will need to update Amelia manually to get the Pro version (with packages) by following the instructions bellow
You can update the plugin manually by following these steps:
If you have version 2.9 or a newer one please check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation before updating the plugin manually ( it is disabled by default, but just in case). If this option is enabled , deleting Amelia on the Plugins page will delete Amelia tables and data from the database as well.
2) Delete Amelia plugin from WordPress Plugins page
3) Click on Add new on Plugins page
4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page
5) Choose previously downloaded ameliabooking zip file
6) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin
7) Clear server and browser cache.
Please note that our plugin have a size of around 10 MB so if yo are not able to upload the plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase following:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size ,
max_execution_time
You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.

When I sell a product directly via WooCommerce it looks like this - see attachment 20210119_194155WP
When I sell an event or service via amelia it looks like this - see attachment 20210119_194028Amelia.
How can I change it to the version like in the WP attachment?

1) Download the zip from our store
2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder
4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section
6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again
7) Clear server and browser cache
