This doesn't seem to be a good-looking form. Please go to Amelia/Customize, click on Reset and then Save, and see if that corrects the issue.
If not, please provide me a temporary wp-admin user (Administrator), so I can remote in and see what's going on. Please note that this is a public ticket, so make sure to enable the Private response.
2. For employees, yes. You can modify the description of the created event in Amelia settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, and use the email placeholder in there. For customers, adding this is not possible.
3. Unfortunately no. You can add the shortcodes below each other, but you can't use the same form for both.
"2. For employees, yes. You can modify the description of the created event in Amelia settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, and use the email placeholder in there. For customers, adding this is not possible."
It works fine.
I added some extra custom fields (customer adress) on the form just before the payment. Is it possible to get the field text in order to place it on the employee's Google Calendar ?
I didn't find the shortcode with % in the custom fields section.
Hi,
I have a big issue with my booking calendar.
I'm using Elementor and actually the fields (name, phone, ...) can not be filled by the customers wathewer the browser I use.
How can I fix that ?
--
Second question :
Is it possible to display the booking information like %zoom_join_url% or %customer_full_name% in the Google Calendar slot ?
--
Last question :
is it possible to display services and events is the same booking calendar ?
Thank you for your help,
Have a nice day,
Virginie Duboscq

Just another question for the point 2 :

Thanks for the reply,
Have a nice evening,

Hello again Virginie
You need to find the custom fields' placeholder in the </>Email Placeholders button in the top right corner of your notification templates.
Please make sure to update the plugin to v3.0.2, because we had a bug with custom fields' placeholders.
When you see %custom_field_1%, you can hover over it to see which one it is, and then use it in the description.
Kind Regards,
