In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    HI,

    I am very interested to buy Amelia but I just need to ask you a few question.

    1. In terms of using Woocommerce for the payment gateway, if we have woocommerce gift voucher, let say, when the customer buy gift voucher from woocommrecie and we use Woo as the payment in Amelia, can they redeem the gift voucher upon payment and will the payment sync to Amelia correctly?

    2. How do we go about showing the content in the custom field in the calendar page.  If we set a special request field on the form, when the customer make a booking, the booking will show on the calendar, I want to be able to see the request right away from the pop up when we move the mouse over the calendar (just like in fresha booking) .  Like can we add more line to the popup plug in to show the custom field as well?

    3. Do you have the way to link to any mobile apps (for the shop owner) to be notified when there is a booking come in?  (apart from email)..

    4. Any way to let the software to assign automatic staff if the customer doesn't select a prefer?

    Thank you for your inquire.

    1.

    Our plugin does nave integration with WooCommerce ( more information on this link ) but it is not possible to use woo gift cards unfortunately.

    2.

    Sorry to disappoint you but we do not have this features in the plugin built-in functionalities at the moment.

    3.

    Right now we do not have any integrations with mobile apps, but our plugin is fully responsive on any devices, and also you can use SMS notifications to notify the employee or customer.

    4.

    If any employee is selected the plugin will randomly choose the employee which will need to provide the service.
