it would be VERY helpful for the information about the zoom room to import with the appointment data into google. I am tired of having to go to the backroom of my wordpress site to get the zoom room code for a meeting. how do i fix this?

For any information about appointments in Amelia (this applies to Zoom links as well), you want to have in your Google calendar, you can add placeholders to the fields Event Title and Event Description which you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Google calendar settings. You can find all the placeholders when you click on </>Show Email Placeholders in Amelia -> Notifications, by clicking on the placeholder in the list you copy it and then you can paste that placeholder to the above mentioned fields in Amelia Settings. So, you need to add the Zoom placeholder in your case to the mentioned fields in Amelia Settings, and you will have them in your Google calendar.
