I can see an error in the console when I try to book that free appointment:

It doesn't say where it's coming from, so I'll need to log into your website and take a look.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. 

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Sorry for the late response.

The issue here is caused by Google reCAPTCHA in Amelia's General Settings. I disabled it, and I was able to book the Free event.

You probably have incorrect credentials saved in there, and that caused the issue. Please double check that, and in the mean-time you can confirm that it works with that disabled.

As for specific emails, I'm sorry but this can't be done. We only have email templates that are used for all email notifications, and they can't be used for specific emails.
