In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi,


    When an appointment date needs to be changed, I am unable to change the time to the desired time. For example: 

    If the original appointment was scheduled for February 14th 7:00 PM, if I tried to change it to February 10th 7:00 PM, I can only select times up to 6:00 PM

    How can I change an appointment date to the desired time?

    Hello there

    This is usually caused by configuration. Either your employee has another service booked from 07:00PM or he's not able to accept the appointment change for that time due to working hours or something else.

    I can't say without taking a look. Can you please tell me which employee, which service, which appointment and then provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. 

    You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
