Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi Andrew Hill,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

We don't have the option for recurring payment each month if this is something that you need but we have implemented packages of services couple of weeks ago that give you the option to create a package of services/appointments that can have limited duration, for example 1 month (day, week, etc.). If customer purchase that package he will pay for the whole package during the first purchase and be able to book appointments from the package free on the front-end customers panel until the limit that you set for the appointments in the package is reached or until the package expires. More about our packages you can read here.

    Best regards.

Also wondering how to navigate assigning of Services, Resources, and Employees.

For example - I have fitness centers with services available at 3-5 physical training stations/rooms in each office, and 2 staff in each office assisting clients, but those 3-5 stations / resources are the limit, not the staffing..  Does this mean I should set up each training room/resource/station in Amelia as if it were an Employee, to limit the scheduling to 1:1 services for each of those resources?  My employees cover the office or the activity in this example, not the 1:1 appointment.

    Hi Andrew Hill,

I think in this case that you will need to create rooms in the place where our employees are to restrict double booking for the same room. In that way each room can have one service booked for one time slot.

    Best regards.

    Thanks :)

In terms of Customer management in the presales, etc., process - I want to use some funnels and capture email in a CRM, etc. Thinking FluentCRM integrated with WP.  Is there a way to synchronize the Customer records in Amelia with Woocommerce customers or even better, FluentCRM customers?

    Hi Andrew Hill,

    You are welcome.

We have Web Hooks added in our plugin that you can use to connect Amelia using Zapier with third party CRM platforms. Data can be send after certain actions: booking completed, rescheduled, canceled or status change. So you can send customer's data after each booking for example. More about our Web Hooks you can read here.

    Best regards.
