Just double checking I bought Amelia last year but it now appears that on the website it doesn't say one time purchase anymore does that mean I will be affected or ?
I see you have Amelia Basic subscription license. That means that, if you don't unsubscribe from the plugin, you will be billed again when one year from purchase passes.
If you don't want to be billed again, please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, and you'll see "Cancel Subscription" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
when I purchased Amelia it said a one time payment of ..... I see they have changed their prices on their website now and they are not showing the one time purchase. They didn't see it was billed yearly
Sorry that you misunderstood, but through our website purchasing a one-time (lifetime) license per this price was never an option. We've added lifetime purchases later on, and they have a different pricing.
The licenses are sold as one-time purchases only through Envato marketplace, and ever since we released our licenses on our website, to be purchased through a reseller (Paddle), they were subscription based. Paddle doesn't even have a one-time (lifetime) option, so we couldn't even try to sell it like that. The lifetime licenses we now offer are being sold for 99 years, so it's kind-of lifetime.
