    Hi,

I’m new to webhooks and really don’t understand it much but is this possible with Arigato Pro Responder and Amelia?

    1.
Customer Fills out form on website via Contact Form 7 integrated with Arigato Pro.

Their email goes into my Initial Inquiry in Arigato Pro.

    This all works fine.
    --------------------------------------------------

    2.
The next step is the one I’m wondering about.

If they book a guitar lesson via Amelia Plugin.

Actions I’d like after form submission.
    1. Cross reference the Initial Inquiry List in Arigato Pro and if the email exists delete or unsubscribe them from the initial list and add the email to another list in Arigato PRo
    2. If the email doesn’t exist in the Initial Inquiry list simply just add the email address to the new list in Arigato Pro.

I hope this all makes sense

Or am I thinking of this all wrong? If so how would I go about doing this?

    Thank you for your time.

Ok. forget everything below. This is all I want to do now.

How would I integrate Amelia Plugin with Arigato Pro Autoresponder? I have no idea how to use webhooks but this should be possible

I just want to capture the info when someone submits a form using Amelia and add their info into a mailing list in  Arigato Pro.

    Thank you!

    Hello Billy,

There isn't a direct integration with that tool in Amelia, unfortunately. If they can use web hooks, like Amelia can, if they can catch data from Amelia via a web hook then you can use web hooks in Amelia to achieve this. You craete a web hook in Amelia in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations for one of the actions available there, and you need to provide the URL of that other tool where data is caught. In our documentation we provided an example of using Web hooks in Amelia with Zapier so you can check that out - https://wpamelia.com/web-hooks-settings/ Maybe you can connect Amelia to that other tool via Zapier, or maybe directly, but that depends on that other tool , you need to check that out there. Amelia sends data via a hook to the URL you provide in the needed field in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
