    Hey,

    A client just take an appointment. But I don’t received an email notification neither my client. But the appointment was saved into the admin panel. So I canceled it and re confirmed it by the admin panel. And I received the email notification but doesn’t synchronize into the google calendar. So can you help me? I think she took the appointment from the browser into messenger of facebook.

    Hello Jeremy

    Do you have any redirection included through a script? If the form is redirecting you before the email is triggered, that can cause the issue.

    Regardless of where you booked the appointment from, if the employee is connected to his Google Calendar, it should be added in there.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. 

    You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Ok I just take an appointment with a client. So I took from the admin panel. When I tried to confirm it, nothing happens. No error message. So I close the windows I tried to re take the appointment but the slot was unavaible Because the appointment was ok. But I don’t receive any notification email either my client. And it doesn’t synchronize with the Google Calendar. The name of my client is Céline monet : 28 janvier 2021


    So to resolve it, I have to cancel it and re-confirm it. The email notification goes. But it doesn’t synchronize into my Google calendar. So I add manually the appointment. 


    Another client just phone me to take an appointment. And here no problem. I take appointment from the planing tab. For Céline Monet I take the appointment appointment tab.

    That does sound strange. There were some bugs in v3.0.1, but I don't recall hearing about anything similar.

    We released version 3.0.2 yesterday, so can you please update the plugin and test again? If the issue persists, let me know, and I'll engage one of our developers to further troubleshoot this.
