We have just integrated Amelia with our website and have successfully connected a specific Google Calendar with the plugin. On our Google Calendar, we have blocked out 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch for our employees, and have other appointments set through phone calls or emails. Amelia is still showing those time slots as available. Any thoughts on why the integration isn't reading the busy status of calendar inputs?
I have solved this ticket. Needed to select 'Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots'

Sorry for "hijacking" this ticket but it is a similar one and maybe it can be helpful for others as well. I think it would be extremely helpful if on the Amelia calendar (2-way connected to Google Calendar) all the busy times from Google calendar were shown. Can this be implemented?
I mean , Amelia would check busy time slots on google and graphically show on the Amelia calendar about this, with a generic message like "busy"
Hi Athanasios,
you're absolutely welcome to add to the conversation!
This isn't an existing feature at the moment in the integration with Google Calendar, but there could be other clients who are also interested in this way of "reflecting" the busy slots.
Please check if such submission already exists on this page and if it does, please vote for it if you have a minute (if it doesn't please feel free to add it).
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
