When a customer reserves a service, his telephone number is not registered in his customer area and the employee does not have access to this information.
How can I make sure that the telephone number is automatically registered in the customer area and that it is visible to the provider?
If the customers enter their phone number when they first book an appointment with you, it is saved in their customer profile. My assumption here is that you haven't set the phone field to be mandatory, so your customer didn't enter it first time when they booked. Now, they would need to log into their Customer Panel, and change the phone number there.
Customer's info is available in the Employee Panel when the appointment is clicked on:
Yes, the phone number is compulsory, but in the email sent to the provider when you put the %customer_phone% field, the phone does not appear.
Worse still, in the customer area, even if the customer enters his number, he does not register, forcing him to enter his phone number again each time he makes a reservation.
It is very important that this point is solved to meet the new European standards.
As you can see, there are two customers here; one left the phone number, and the other one didn't, so logically one showed up, while the other one didn't.
Please update the plugin to v3.0.2, and test again. If the issue persists, could you please provide me a temporary wp-admin (administrator) user, so I can remote in, and see what's going on?
Remember to enable the Private response again when sharing log-in credentials.
After the update and a lot of testing it finally works. It is important during the tests to disconnect from the WP admin session or it will create malfunction. Or to carry out the tests in private navigation.

Hi again Morel
I can't replicate that behavior locally:
As you can see, there are two customers here; one left the phone number, and the other one didn't, so logically one showed up, while the other one didn't.

Hi Aleksandar,
After the update and a lot of testing it finally works. It is important during the tests to disconnect from the WP admin session or it will create malfunction. Or to carry out the tests in private navigation.
Thank you for your reactivity and your help
I'm glad to hear that, Morel
Yes, sorry I forgot to mention that all testing in front-end should be done while not logged into the admin role.
