What does "Packages of Services" include? I'm thinking of purchasing the 1 website package. I'd like to know what is NOT included. I am looking to use this plugin for Events on a website using Astra Pro theme and Elementor.

Actually, the Package option is only available for Services, not for Events. But it might be still suitable for your business. To figure it out, and also to tell you what is not included, we need to know more about which features you’re looking for.
Therefore, it would be very helpful if you explain it briefly.
Please note that Packages are only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.
