When you just get the spinning wheel, without it ever loading, it usually indicates that you're missing one of the following:
Category and service
Employee
Employee is not assigned to a service
Employee doesn't have working hours configured
If you created these, please check if the duration of the service (+its buffer times) can fit in the employees' work hours, and if the option Show service on-site is enabled in each Service modal on the Services page.
If this doesn't help, please check if you have some optimizing/caching plugin and if that plugin is maybe blocking Amelia from loading on the front-end.
Ignore the last message, it is due to so special days being listed, because he doesn't want any bookings for a month due to lockdown he has removed special days, this is why the spinning icons just turns, surely you have an option for the calendar to display no bookings at this time out something cutomisable?
If the employee has no work hours configured and no special days, they don't have any work hours, so Amelia will load endlessly in this case. There isn't a possibility to change this with Amelia's current features, unfortunately. You can maybe try this work around if it could help - create one Special day in the future - that would be outside the period set in the Period available for booking in advance: in Amelia -> Settings -> General.
If you have any other questions or issues feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.

Hello raymond0000,

We have checked all settings and cannot pinpoint the error. so we did this:
1. cloned the website to test server = still didn't work
2. Updated all plugins on test server & live server = still didn't work
3 Created new employee on test server & live server = still didn't work
4. disconnected current employee from google calendar on test server = booking form now displayed
Please can you let me know if this is the issue before we disconnect the employee from the Google Calendar from the main live site.
The 2 x site URLs are here:
