We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
The customer panel allows by default a user to cancel their order.
I would like to hide that option. Is that possible? I'm not very keen on having customers having a cancel button as that will have the potential to increase the number of cancelled orders.
Thanks
João
Hi João,
Yes, the cancel option is there as a default option for the customers and it can't be disabled.
The Cancel button in the customer panel can probably be hidden by adding custom CSS, but since they don't have their own CSS class, maybe that will affect something else. Please try adding this CSS to the page where you have Amelia customer panel:
and let me know if it helped.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
Hi Marija,
Thanks for the help. I've used nth-child(1) and it does hide the cancel button but the design will look odd as you have a dropdown menu that doesn't have any options. Can you provide css for hiding the dropdown menu?
Thanks,
João
I think I did it with
button.el-button {
display:none !important;
}
Hello João,
Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
You are welcome.
Glad to see you managed to find a solution for hiding the drop-down, thank you for letting me know.
