Installing the plugin fails in multiple sites -- sites are hosted with WPEngine and fully up to date, no other errors other than the update failed and "Installation failed: Connection lost or the server is busy. Please try again later." Other plugins can be installed.
There is probably some issue on the server (when installing Amelia on the website) , since you get that error when trying to install Amelia on the websites. Could you please check your server error logs and see if there is any error there regarding Amelia installation? If this doesn't help, you need to reach out to your hosting and ask them why you are keep getting that error when installing Amelia - if there is some timeout or server error that cause this behavior.
I haven't had a case where users got that error while installing Amelia, so I can't say for sure where it could be coming from exactly, unfortunately, but somehting on the server isn't letting Amelia to be installed since you get such an error there.
Hi, I ended up manually installing the plugin (extracting the files and sftping them to the server), there were no server reports so I'm wondering if it was possibly browser time out? More than one way to install a plugin, though. :)

Hi Suzanne,
Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
Glad to see you managed to install the plugin, thank you for letting us know.
Maybe it was some glitch or a timeout, maybe because of the size of the plugin it couldn't be installed via WP Plugins page.
You are welcome!
