Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi,

for employees who have a very individual schedule that can only be mapped by many special days, I suggest that you add a duplicate special day functionality.

    Thanks,

    Lukas

plus,, in the working hours settings more than one working hours slot per day setting (same as for the special days) and more than one break setting would make the schedules much more flexible.

    Hello Lukas,

Thank you for your suggestion, I will add it to our feature requests list, and you can check out here if there is such request and vote for it.

Regarding the work time periods, there is a possibility to create more separate work time periods and breaks in each day under the employees' work hours. When you click on the + sign next to Apply to all days you can add a new work time period/break for that day. Please look at the attachment.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.

    Hi Marija,

omg, this little plus sign didn't trigger my reflex to try it – I interpreted it as part of the 'apply to all days' command. Maybe you could amend the ux here.

Thus, it's exactly what I was thinking of, and there is no need to add a feature request.

Knowing this gives a lot more flexibility to what my client wants to be able to set up.

    Thank you very much!

    Kind regards,

    Lukas
