In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

i tried to link Amelia to google calendar and now I am getting a 500 code when I load me - the only user... why?

Thank you for your purchase.
This usually happens when Google tries to assign multiple calendar tokens to the same employee, in wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar table in the database.
You'd need to go into that table, delete all rows from it, and after that it should work fine.
If you need help with this, please provide me database access credentials (phpMyAdmin or cPanel), and I'll gladly do it for you.

The other ticket is assigned to my coworker, so as soon as she reaches your ticket she will respond.
If you don't know where to find the credentials for phpMyAdmin or cPanel, please reach out to your hosting provider, and ask them to provide those. Means to access these are different for different providers, so I can't tell you exactly what you need to copy.
In short - I need access to your database.
Or, if you can provide me a temporary admin for your website where this happens, I can try and install WP phpMyAdmin plugin, and try through that.
Just note that this is a public ticket, so when you post the credentials, make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.
