I want users to be able to modify 2 cells in a table and have the formulas change the data to reflect the change. I've been able to successfully add a table but I am not able to get it to change values each time a cell parameter is changed. I can't find specific documentation on that. Can you please help?
I'm afraid none of the formulas transferred over using the Google sheets import available. I followed all the documentation, but only the values are importing.
Thank you Aleksandar, that worked to bring in the table, but I'm unclear on how a user can edit the cells to return a different formula result. Can you advise?
Also my activation code is no longer working. It says I have too many domains, but I have a temporary stage url and a production url. Eventually I will publish live to a full time url. Please advise.
At the moment, we don't have full 2-way synchronization with Google Spreadsheets, so you would not be able to edit the table created by linking to the spreadsheet. You would be able to edit it if you were to create a table by importing the spreadsheet, but in that case, the source is seen only when the table is created, and after that it is no longer connected to the Spreadsheet.
They would need to either modify the original spreadsheet, or you would need to create a manual table which would have no interaction with Google Spreadsheets.
As for the license, if you activated it on your staging domain, you will need to go into wpDataTables settings/Activation and deactivate it from there first before activating it on your live website. You can also deactivate it from our store by clicking on the "Manage Domains" button.
Hello Aleksandar, that worked great and the table is now editable but the formulas from the excel did not carry over, so the results are not changing as the cell is edited. Can you tell me how to carry the formulas over from excel to the manual table?
I'm sorry to disappoint you, Cecilio, but that can't be done.
Formulas and merged cells are not supported, so you would need to add formulas in our Formula (Calculated) Columns when the table is created; they can't be imported.

Hello Cecilio
Thank you for your purchase.
If I understood correctly, you already added a formula column, which is defined and calculates per data from two other columns?
If that is true, when you edit the cells of columns that are used in the formula column, the data in the formula will change.
Kind Regards,

Hello again Cecilio
Formulas, formatting and styles are not carried over from Google Spreadsheets, Excel, CSV, etc. files, and you can't use them.
You can use IMPORTRANGE, though. Please take a look at this page.
