    Hi

I successfully conencted Google Calender of one of my clients, but was thinking that this whole process is very long.

    - Isn't there an easier way?

    - Do I need to make the oath and API for each customer, or is it possible to make one API for myself on my Google Envorinment, and use the secret/public key on de sites of my clients?

    In this case:

    * Would people with a totaly different GMAIL be abble to connect with their own Google Calendar?

    * Would it be safe to do that?

    * Is it free to use that API, and is there a restriction limit? I couldn't find that with Google.

    * How are other people doing this? Are they doing al those steps every time on their clients Google Account?

    Thx for the help!

    Hi Laurent ,

There isn't an easier way, unfortunately, as everything is done in Google and we don't have an impact on that nor can we change it from our side, unfortunately.

I believe you can use the same API for more websites, if you can add more authorized URLs and redirect URIs in the Google project.

    * Would people with a totaly different GMAIL be abble to connect with their own Google Calendar?

    Yes, they would

    * Would it be safe to do that?

I can't see why it wouldn't be safe, you are providing credentials for your Google project in AMelia, so if you are OK with that, why not

    * Is it free to use that API, and is there a restriction limit? I couldn't find that with Google.

It is free, but I am not sure if there is any limit to that, I believe not

    * How are other people doing this? Are they doing al those steps every time on their clients Google Account?

I don't know about this one , unfortunately

    Hi,

I think there is a misunderstanding. I don't mean the translation or label.

I really mean the way the "secret field" is listed there.

It's like typing your password somewhere in plain text in stead of the dots.

If you ask me this is a security issue, and should be fixed.

    Now it is like this:

    It should be like this:

Thx for passing thru to the development team.
