Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Good Day,

I have a client who offers personal training services and would like to offer a package that has 10 sessions at a discounted price. Is that something your plugin can do? Is it possible to have a demo to see the features?

They would really like if users could book a package of 10 sessions, get the discounted rate but not have to schedule them all at once.

    Thanks,

    Josh Bang

    Hi Josh Bang,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

We have just released packages feature couple of weeks ago that suits your needs. Admin can now create package of services and appointments and choose how many appointments customer will need to book during the purchase, if you set 0 as minimum and maximum number customer will be able to just purchase a package without any booking and book the appointments later from the front-end customers panel. More about our packages you can read here.

In order for them to get the access to the front-end customers panel you will need to add a panel via a shortcode to the front-end page and to add a placeholder in the Purchased Package notification so your customers can receive a link after the purchase to access the pane.

In our Roles/Customers Settings you can choose whether customers will be able to access the panel via a link with a unique token or they will need to setup the password on the first entry and then use it later.

More about our Customers Panel you can read here.

We don't provide a live demo but you can try our plugin on our demo site here and we have all covered in our documentation.

If you have any additional question do not hesitate to ask.

Please note that Packages of Services are part of our Pro and Developer licenses and are not supported in the Basic license.

    Best regards.
