We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
Is there a possibility to select a different time slot for the booking of an appointment and have at the same time a different time slot lap on the calender.
Because I need to book an appointment with a time slot of 5min but the calender is to height and would like to have 15min time slot.
kind regards,
Michel
Hi Michel,
There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately.
You can try with enabling the option Use service duration for booking a time slot in Amelia -> Settings -> General if you can achieve something like that.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
Hi,
First of all thanks for the fast reply.
Unfortunately for me it doesn't work, because I'm not enough dynamic to choose the correct space for the appointment. Or even working space goes lost, because I'm not able to add an appointment there.
Could it be a feature integrated in the future? It's just an option more to show different time lap between the booking and the showing of the calendar.
Kind regards,
Michel
Hi Michel,
You are welcome.
Could you please check if the Buffer times can help your use case? I am not sure if I understood well your issue - you can set buffer times before and after for each service , which would be pauses between appointments.
If that doesn't help, you can suggest it as a feature request here, so it can be considered in the future.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
