Current need: We have events that people can fly onsite and wanted to see if there was a way to have a drop down option of some sort in the event. Basically to ask if hotel accommodations are needed. Is there anyway to do something like that?
Future need: Is there a way to add location dropdown to give multiple options for an event? On-site, On-site needing hotel accommodations, online. Then maybe a description for each location so the email can have those details displayed.
I saw another plugin with something similar not sure how well it is or not, but might be a feature other would benefit from.
Current need - you can add some additional questions/information for the customers to the booking form by using Custom fields, so you can probably use this feature to achieve what you need.
Future need: this can be achieved probably with the custom fields option. So, the locations in this case wouldn't be in connection Amelia Locations, but only a custom field created. There isn't a possibility for custom fields to have conditional logic - so the custom fields you create for some event would be the custom fields for all customers booking that event on the front-end.
