We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Different service rates assigned to employees don't change when switching to a different employee.

    Hi,

    I noticed that when different employees have different rates set, the rates don't change when reassigning employees to the appointment that has already been made.

    In other words, it looks as if the rate becomes assigned to the appointment after it's been made and it doesn't change when a different employee with a different rate is assigned to this already made appointment.

    I hope I explained everything right.

    Hi Rafal,

    There isn't a possibility to change the appointments' price after they are booked/created in Amelia, unfortunately. Even though you change the employee in the appointment  (that has a different rate) the price couldn't be changed. The price will be as it was when the appointment is booked/created, this applies when the service price is changed as well - the appointments booked until that moment will have that old price, only the new booked/created appointments will have the new price set.
