I'm struggling with how to have my customer get an email notification with a zoom link for the appointment.   I see the placeholder but where do I use it, how do I use it?

    *My end goal:

    1.  Have customers be able to login to the customer panel and be able to begin their zoom appointment.

    2.  If this is not possible then to have a link on my website that points them to starting the zoom appointment.

    How do I do this?

    Thanks.

    Hello Jeffrey,

If you want the customers to access the Zoom meeting from their email notification you need to add the Zoom link placeholder to the email notification (approved appointment or event booked email notification ).

Customers can also access the Zoom meeting from the Amelia front-end customer panel - if customers book an appointment (Zoom in the service enabled and employee connected to Zoom) they will have the link for the Zoom meeting in that appointment in the customer panel.

You can read more about the Zoom integration by following this link.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
