We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi I want to ask is there any way to add Form Data or file attached in form by user in Email and send it to Employee. Just you provide email placeholder is there any way. I created some custom fields in form and I want to attach that field data display in Email.

    Hi Irtaza,

You can send custom fields answers/information via email notifications in Amelia, only  attachments can't be sent (added via a custom field) , unfortunately. You can' see the custom fields placeholders in the Placeholders list because there is some issue with this in the newest version of Amelia, unfortunately, and this will be fixed in the next update of Amelia.

Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused. If you want to fix this on your website before the update - The files attached here are modified and have the fix for this issue. You need to unzip the files attached here to your Amelia folder , location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking and replace the files that are already in the plugin with these new files. That should solve the issue!

    Hello,

I am having the same problem and the fix doesn't work.
Please, is there another way to find out what the placeholder is? Something with the id?
