Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi,

So it's sort of been asked in a couple of other tickets, but I'm just seeing if this is possible/in development.

The packages feature fills a massive need which I like. However, what I'm wondering, if I set the min and max bookings required for a service at 0. The customer then doesn't have to make any appointment selections at the time of booking.

    So questions:

    1. Can I then assign those package booking "credits" in the back end to specific appointments? ie: sell 10 appointments, and assign them to Tuesday 9am every week for 10 weeks.

    2. Can I see a financial list of what customers have appts in credit. I'm in Australia, and technically this is a form of credit. So we have to keep accurate records and funds on hand to be able to produce in accordance to all forms of credit. And I can't seem to find anywhere the admin can see the packages currently outstanding?

    Cheers

    Hello Ben

    Thank you for your purchase.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

You would not be able to use this in your customers stead. If they don't book any appointments when they purchase the package, they can book them only through their Customer Panel, so you won't be able to do it from back-end, or keep track of customer's (let's call it) credit.

    Kind Regards,
