Hello. Maybe a simple question, but in Amelia we need to be able to have 4 slots (appointments) available per 1/2 hour. I.E. A 9:30 am appointment time can have 4 slots before it's full.
How do we set this up? We have one "Employee" and the Calendar and Services seem to be setup correctly. Thank you for your help.
You can have 4 appointments at the same time with 4 different employees or have one (group) appointment with 4 customers (max) with one employee. If you have one employee and want to have 4 customers for one time slot (appointment) then this is configured with the Minimum and Maximum capacity of the service - so you need to increase the Max capacity for your service to be 4. You can read more about the appointments here. And please check out the appointments settings as well.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
OK, I think this helps. But we don't want want to necessarily have 4 people at one appointment (which is the MAX feature), we want to be able to have 4 different people be able to book appointments inside of each 30 minute time slot.
Also, the office times are correct in Amelia and in our WP settings at 9 - 5 Central Time, but the Amelia calendar still keeps offering times way outside those times.
Thoughts on both those issues? Thank you for your help.
That is why there is the Minimum capacity as well, so the number of customers that will be able to book one time slot/employee can be from Min capacity to the Max capacity set for the service (and depending on the settings you configure in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments, appointments settings )
The available time slots are configured by the employees' work hours so please check if you have set your employees' work hours as you wish to have available time slots for booking (not company work hours in Amelia ->S ettings).
Please let me know if this helped.
You are welcome.
