Please help! Version 2 of the plugin worked well but v3 has been a nightmare! Firstly it wouldn't show up at all on these pages unless I was logged into wordpress. Did a bit of googling and thought it was a plugin issue, so deactivated plugin after plugin until lo-and-behold the amelian plugin is visible again, but it's displaying in such a messed up way (unless you're logged in), it's unusable for a potential visitor.

    Hello Sean Brightman,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Could you please tell me do you have SiteGround Optimizer maybe? If you have, could you deactivate it and see if the issue with Amelia is gone? If it is , then the issue is coming from there - from the conflict , so you need to exclude Amelia or the page where Amelia is from SG Optimizer in order to have it loaded properly on the front-end.

If this is not the case , if you don't have SG Optimizer, and only have issue with Amelia CSS on the front-end,  please go to Amelia -> Customize page and click on Reset then Save there and check if the issue will be gone afterwards.

Hi there Marija, yes I had it installed. Just deactivated it and the plug in looks like it is working properly. I had set the URLs to those specific pages not to be cached etc by the plug in, but this seems to not have an effect. How would I exclude amelia from the plug in? Many thanks for your help.

    Hi Sean,

This is what one user mentioned helped their use case (what SG support suggested them to do):

The problem was resolved by disabling Minify CSS, Minify HTML and Minify Java in the Frontend Optimisation Sg Optimiser settings page.

SO, you can try disabling these options as well in SG optimizer, and if that doesn't help you can contact their support and ask them what else you should do to allow Amelia to load properly on the front-end.

    You are welcome!
