    Hello,

I asked you on facebook about the recurring events. I want to sell onlineclasses. The customer can book the classes per date or as a recurring event. But when they book it as a recurring event amelia just send them the zoom link for the first date, not for each date.

What do I need to tipe in here in settings?

And what do I need to tipe in the notifications?

I cant find the mistake with your discription. Can you please help me.

And for future updates an idea: It would be nice when you can choose bei Coupons "all events" and "all services". That would be really great.

I hope you answer me soon.

    Greetings

    Vivien

I too would like to know how to make recurring appointments work with Zoom.

At this point, when I create a recurring appointment that uses Zoom integration, I see a single Zoom meeting scheduled in Zoom.

When I then need to do is edit the meeting in Zoom and specify "recurring".  The problem is, all of the recurring appointments will have the same Zoom link/passcode.  It would be much better if each of the recurring appointments were set-up in Zoom as individual meetings, so each of them have their own unique, generated ID.

@Chris: In my zoom I get different meetings with different zoommeeting numbers. I just dont know how to send the different links zu the customer. I just find the possibility to send the zoomlink for the first meeting and not the folling meetings.

@ Admins: can please somebody help us?

    Hello Vivien

    Thank you for your purchase.

In Appointment settings/Recurring Placeholders, you type in the details you want to share with your customers that book recurring appointments.

Then, to include that info for recurring appointments, you need to use the %recurring_appointments_details% placeholder in the template.

Chris, you should see the same behavior Vivien is. Each appointment has a different meeting generated. Can you open a private ticket where you'd be able to share the log-in credentials with me, so I can take a look?

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković

    Hello Vivien

I'm sorry, but this is the first ticket you've opened up with us, so I don't know what "same answer all the time" you're referring to.

The placeholders added in Amelia/Settings/Appointment Settings/Recurring placeholders field do not reflect in Events, because they are for recurring appointments only.

You can find all available placeholders in email notification templates, by clicking on this button:

    7910810969.png

    That expands into this:

    8456633819.png

Please refer to our email notifications documentation for more info.

So, to add service name, use %service_name%.

For the date and the time, you can choose between these:

    %appointment_date%
    %appointment_date_time%
    %appointment_start_time%
    %appointment_end_time%

For Zoom - you first need to configure Zoom, and assign your employee to a Zoom account, and enable the Zoom integration in Service's settings.

Then, for customers you can add:

    %zoom_join_url%

    For employees, you can add:

    %zoom_host_url%

To include this data in a notification, you only need to use %recurring_appointments_details%

The rest of the email template is configured by you, per your liking.

    Kind Regards,

    I connectet Amelia and Zoom.
I connected my employees with zoom.

I want to sell my onlineclasses  single and recurring. And I want to send the customer the information: Servicename, Service Date, Service Time, recurring dates and time and all zoom links for all recurring dates.

What do I have to tipe in where?

After your answer I have now in the Amelia/Settings/Appointment Settings/Recurring placeholders field the placeholders:

    %recurring_appointments_details%
    %service_name%
    %appointment_date_time%
    %zoom_join_url%

And in the notifications for appointments I have just:
