We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, I hav some questions before buying your product please.

I want to use it for a single practitioner office.

So there is only one person to perform all the services.

So 1st of all, if one service is booked next Friday at 10am, I want then all the other services to be unavailable at this time, is that possible?

Then I want to be able to say precisely when bookings can be made.
For example for one service which last 1h15mins it would be:Tuesday from 9.30 to 10.45 then from 10.45 to 12.00
But Thursday it could be 4pm to 5.15 and then 5.15 to 6.30
Is that possible? I am asking because with other plugins, the start day of each day has to be the same for one service.

I'd also like to have only one booking page with all services available through a dropdown. Like the one you have to select a practitioner, except than here there is only one practitioner who can perform several services so the dropdown list would be for services.
Because I don't want a page that displays all services and then we have to clic on one to make a booking. I want this to be a one page process.

Lastly, do you have shortcodes available ? So that if for example I have already built a nice page on my website with a builder, showcasing a service, car I just add on this page the booking calendar through a hashtag?

    Thanks in advance,

    Laura Chevalier

    Hi Laura,

Thanks so much for your interest in Amelia.

So 1st of all, if one service is booked next Friday at 10 am, I want then all the other services to be unavailable at this time, is that possible? - Yes, of course. You will be one employee and no overbooking will be possible. Once the appointment is booked the others are becoming unavailable for that period of time.

Then I want to be able to say precisely when bookings can be made. For example, for one service which last 1h15mins it would be: Tuesday from 9.30 to 10.45 then from 10.45 to 12.00 But Thursday it could be 4pm to 5.15 and then 5.15 to 6.30 Is that possible? - Yes, you can define this in the employee's working hours, see the image below.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any additional questions.
