We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Please check if your employee is connected to his Zoom account, and if the service has Zoom enabled in Service's Settings/Integrations.

I got this sorted out. It was the service configuration. But for the last while google calendar is not synching with Amelia. I made no changes, it was working before.
Attached are two screens that I get. I also tried to verify again via google console. Google response is also attached. This has happened before. I had to redo the entire process of google calendar integration. But I am sick and tired of repeating that process because I have done it before, but after a few months the same issue happens. I have cleared my computer cache also. Thank you for looking into it and hopefully resolving it.

We cannot influence the authentication of the app, but that screen appears only when you're connecting your employees to the calendar. Once the employee is connected, this screen will no longer appear, since they are connected.
Have you tried following the advice from Google?
