    Hello,

    Please, could someone assist me with these three questions? 

    FIRST QUESTION:

    I have been configuring your tool and I have created three services called: 

    1.- English lessons adults (1 person)

    2.- English lessons adults (2 people) 

    3.- English lessons adults (3 people) 

    However, when I insert the code on the page and select "booking" and click on the parameters of the booking there is only the first one showing up. Even if I leave the option "All categories" the other two don't show up. 

    It is important that students have access to all categories because each one cost a different price. So they will be able to select one of them and then choose the available teacher. 

    Please, how can I do that? 

    SECOND QUESTION: 

    I have created three different services, which will be online.

    When I create the code on the page all the calendar is unavailable. 

    Please, could you tell me how can I change it in order to show all the dates and times that teachers/employees are available? I have been several tutorials and I can't find a way to do it.

    THIRD QUESTION: 

    I want every person who books a lesson previously have to enter their details (name, surname and email address). How can I do this? 

    I have created in "customised fields" (sorry, I have the Spanish version and I'm not sure whether this is the name you use in the English one) all these labels as compulsory to complete. However, they don't show up on the page. 

    Please, what do I need to do?

    Hello DIANA MARIA GONZALO MARTINEZ,

    1. Please check if you assigned all of the services to at least one employee, check if they are assigned to the employees' work hours as well, and if the service duration+its buffer times can fit in the employees' work hours. Also, check if the option Show service on site is enabled in all 3 services.

    2. The same applies as in point 1, so please check the above options - if the service duration+its buffer times can fit in the employees' work hours. 

    3. When customers choose date and time they are transferred to the next booking step where they need to provide their first/last name, email and phone (email and phone fields can be mandatory or not which is set in Amelia -> Settings -> General).
