Hi,
I'm using Amelia on a client's website for his appointment.
We have a problem with the e-mail registration. If a mother take an appointment for her with her e-mail address, it works. But after that, if the mother want to take an appointment for her children, she can't use her e-mail address and the process is blocking.
Could you see how to fix this ?

Hello Maxence
You can go to Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer and disable "Check customer's name for existing email when booking" option. That will allow users to enter different name and last name while still using the same email address.
