I have set up the txt message service for the uk but i have to manually go into the back end and action to send the txt...is there an option that it automatically sends on booking and reminders?
also when im booking people in is there a site or is everything back end or do i use the booking system on my site like a client would? It just doesnt seem quite as easy as other systems ive used 10to8 for example.
Sorry, I am not sure if I understood the issue quite well. Could you please tell me have you activated SMS Notifications and enabled the notifications that you want from the list to be sent to customers/employees and they are not sent at all? What exactly do you do in the back-end in order for them to be sent - this part I couldn't understand?
When you book for customers you can do it in the back-end of Amelia/WP on the Amelia -> Appointments page. Or on the front-end if you wish but if you enabled some online payment method in Amelia (PayPal/Stripe) the booking won't go through on the front-end without a payment.
