We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I would like to use the zoom meeting plugin. I have set up the service to be able to add more participants and would like to send them the notification with the zoom link as well. it's possible?
Tks
Giulio
Hello Giulio
Thank you for your purchase.
I suppose you already configured Zoom integration, so after that, when you connect your employee to his Zoom account, and enable Zoom in Service settings, you will be able to use the meeting for multiple customers (if the service has maximum capacity above 1).
In Appointment settings make sure "Allow booking above maximum capacity" is disabled, and "Allow booking below minimum capacity" is enabled.
To send the link in the notification, you need to add the corresponding Zoom placeholder (for customers it's %zoom_join_url%).
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
Everything is ok but in this way each participant should fill in the booking form. I meant a system like MS TEAMS that allows the organizer (in this case the customer who books) to enter the emails of other participants. Basically a "mail forwarding"
Unfortunately, we don't have anything similar.
If the customer books an appointment and enables "Bringing anyone with you" slider, so they're able to book for more than one person, only their name is saved.
You can add a custom fields so they can enter names of others, but they won't be registered as customers.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi! OK well
If I can, I would like to suggest to upgrade the possibility of adding, during the front end booking process, the emails of additional participants. The system should only send them a carbon copy email. This is very useful for business meetings (no events or webinars). If I only put the multiple participants option, anyone could find the seat free and register for a private meeting. I really hope it can be done, it would be top.
Best regards Giulio
Thanks for the suggestion, Giulio
I'll forward it to our development team, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
