We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Cancel service of a package does not return the class

    Hello,

Is there an option or a way to make that when canceling an appointment, within a package, the client can again have the option to book?

It is something strange that if you buy a package of x5 classes, when you cancel a reservation they do not return 1 appointment to rebook, as long as the package does not expire.

The problem is that if the client wants to reschedule the dates of the other services in the category are not included (which you establish in the package), only the dates of the same service already booked are displayed.

This is an error and it is confusing because the package does give the customer the option to book an appointment for different services of a category that is established in the package.

Is there an alternative to all this problem?

    Thanks

    Hello,

I have seen that once the client cancels an appointment, if I from the administration delete that manually canceled appointment, the client is automatically returned +1 appointment to book in his paid package.

The problem is that it has to be done manually and it is not feasible.
How could it be achieved so that it is automatic and the client receives +1 appointment to book when they cancel?

Or the other option is how to get that when rescheduling the reservation, the system agrees to reserve the dates of the different services of the category that was selected when creating the package.

It is that it is a very big problem right now and I am on the verge of chaos with the management of reservations with my clients ...

Please, I hope you can give me a solution ... I was waiting enthusiastically for the packages option because I believed that the problem of limitation of reservations would be solved. And now I see the client pays a whole package with different services included in one category (good!) But they cannot cancel without receiving their reservation again or reschedule another service of the same category ... I think it is a mistake ...

    Thanks for the help...

    Hi again gestio

Unfortunately, you are correct. This is a bug on our end, and our developers are working on resolving it.

At the moment, you have two options - the one you're already using, deleting the appointment in back-end, or providing a 100% discount coupon to the customer, so they can book another appointment in this one's stead.

We don't have a workaround for this, but it will be fixed. Hopefully, soon.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Kind Regards,
