when i open an employe menu i get a 500 error

This usually happens if you misconfigured Zoom.
Can you please go to Amelia Settings/Integrations/Zoom, and remove credentials from there? After that access your employee's profile, and if the error is no longer present, you'll know that you've entered wrong Zoom credentials in there.
If that's true, please re-check our documentation about Zoom.
