At the time I started my subscription I only needed one site (basic) but now have two basic subscriptions. It's possible I will need another in the next month so can I combine my two current basic subscriptions into one Pro subscription?
Otherwise I'll have to upgrade my two basic subscriptions to Pros and will end up with access to 6 sites unnecessarily, just to have the Packages upgrade.
Is there no way the Basic subscription could have had an upgrade for those that want Packages?
Can someone please answer me, I want to start using the packages option.
As your customers are the ones that have given these ideas to enhance Amelia, along with voting on which idea we'd like implemented, I would assume it's something the majority of us wanted.
It would have been better management practice to have informed your customers that it was going to require an upgrade to Pro to be able to access prior to implementing as we've been able to update any new features in the past, but this has been done without warning.
I'm happy to upgrade to Pro as noted in my previous post but don't want to waste money on upgrading 2 sites to Pro resulting in having 6 sites.
So, in order to upgrade one of your licenses, please let me know what email the other license was purchased with, and I'll see what needs to be charged. Our reseller will pro-rate the charge, and we'll refund 30% on what was charged, since you asked for the update while our Christmas sale was still ongoing.
The pro-rated charge for switching to Amelia Pro (subscription) license would be A$25.76, and A$155.00 every 1 year after (based on the original purchase date, not the date of the upgrade).
I would be able to refund 30% from that initial charge of A$25.76, so A$7.73.
Regarding the below upgrade to our Australiancleaning.com.au site; I have just checked our other site we were working on,(bookaclean.com.au) that also used the Amelia plugin, and it appears that Amelia is no longer linked with it. I haven't worked on this site for a while so have no idea how long this has been like this and I can't find anything in the TMS store account about bookaclean either.
Please help as we have done a lot of work on this site and it would be a big blow to lose it.

Hello Tania
Sorry for the late response, we have a lot of tickets coming in.
You don't need to upgrade both accounts to Pro, only one. That is - you can't do that, we can do it in our reseller's portal.
I can only see one license with this email address:

Thanks Aleksander, sorry for the delay getting back to you.
My other account has a different address so that explains why you can't see it :))
Can you please let me know how much it will be to upgrade just the following account?

Perfect, thanks Aleksander!
I’ll go ahead with that. Do you need anything from me to do that now?
Nothing you need to do, Tania
I just upgraded your license to Pro. You will receive the partial refund in 5 - 7 business days.
You will need to deactivate and delete Amelia Basic from your website, and then log into our store and download the new (Pro) version from there.
Before you delete the plugin, go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure "Delete database tables" is disabled.
Then you can delete the plugin from the website, without losing your data.
