Hi
When I go to set up payments in the settings/payments if I go to stripe or Paypal the toggle will turn the curser into a no entry sign, so I can not set them up, please can you tell me what is wrong as I can't find anything online, thanks
Ben
Ok I got it, I had woocomerse on, but now if I go to book an appointment I don't get a payment screen, It just confirms the appointment.
Do I need to set up webhooks?
OK
I just tested it with a different stripe account and it works,
The person I'm helping must have given me the wrong details, sorry to have bothered you with this
How do I set up callbacks? bookings are being made even when payment is declined.
Hello Ben
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the late response.
When you activate Stripe, you also need to enable metadata and description. There you can add details that will be forwarded to Stripe.
You can use our notification placeholders (the one you see when you go to Amelia/Notifications, and click on "</> Show Email Placeholders" in the top right section):
There are no callbacks here, and if you're using Stripe, an appointment can't be created unless the payment went through. Please check if you have both "On site" and "Stripe" enabled. Maybe your customers are using "On site" payments?
