Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

I am currently using Flatsome as we are a ecommerce store selling both products and DIY workshop. I have spent 2 days straight with over 10 hours trying to figure out how to make amelia work but it seems it is either very weirdly looking and not functional at all. I am suspecting it isn't compatiable with my themes ? Can your team please give me some help? I'm really looking forward to launching soon.

I read an article online saying amelia plugin works well with both elementor and qode interactive themes. I don't know if that implies it doesn't work with others. I am uxing UX builder but not elementor at the moment with the flatsome theme. Hope this information will help.
I am very very frustrated at this moment.

    Hello Jason

I'm sorry to hear about this, but I don't understand what exactly's wrong since you didn't provide any screenshots or related URLs where I can see the plugin live.

I suppose the form is broken, and doesn't look like anything from our website? If that's true, something's preventing our CSS and JS to be loaded. If you have SG Optimizer plugin installed, go to its settings/Front-end and disable "Combine CSS files". On the other hand, if you don't have this plugin installed, you can try deactivating Amelia and activating it again.

If that also fails, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,
