Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello!

I am a web developer and my client, who has built a training booking system for Amelia, wants to give it up. If a new customer books training, it is not possible to register as a user. All you will receive is a booking confirmation. But what happens next? There is no link that a customer can make themselves a user.
Very partial development, the customer is disappointed.
    Sorry for the incorrect language!

    Hello Jüri,

Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends

You need to add a placeholder for the customer panel URL to the email notification customers get when they book an appointment in Amelia (the approved appointment email) so customers can access the Customer panel via a link in their notifications, and when they access it the first time they will be asked to create a password for them and later on they use that email/password to login to the Panel.

This placeholder is a link for the panel %customer_panel_url% just be sure that you copy/paste it to the Message field from the Placeholders list. So when you go to Amelia -> Notifications, click on the </> Show Email Placeholders, when you find this placeholder click on it, it will be copied and then paste it to the notifications that you want. Also, please check if you provided the URL of your page for the Customer panel in that field in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles Settings -> Customer, and setup the customer panel per our instructions.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
