Please check if you have enabled Zoom for the Service and added a Zoom user to the employee. If you use events please check if you added a Zoom user to the event. Also, please check if you use the correct placeholders (they are different for services and events).
If the placeholders are missing from the placeholders list this is an issue in the newest version of Amelia, and it will be fixed in the next update of Amelia. Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused. If you want to fix it until then on your website, you can unpack the files in the zip attached here to your Amelia plugin (replace the files that are there) or just copy/paste the placehodlers for Zoom from our documentation, you will find them here https://wpamelia.com/configuring-zoom/
Hello! I followed all the steps in the video and in the documentation but Amelia is not creating the zoom links.
The zoom placeholders are in place for both employee and user but none of the notifications are getting the zoom link.

What I was missing was activating ZOOM in the Service. I missed that step following the instructions :)
