Quick question. My customer owns a hairdresser shop and the software has been working well. One issue she has is that if a customer books an appointment and lets say the service is hair dye and cut and it take 1.5hrs. When the customer arrives, she first has some treatment that can take 30mins to set before she carry's on with the rest. While she is waiting another customer comes in and asks if he could have a haircut which only takes 15mins, so the employee can do this as she has time. But she cannot book the person in under her name until the 1.5hrs has passed, so can only make a note of the booking on paper. Do you know if there is a way around this issue? hope it makes some sense
It makes sense, but unfortunately there's no workaround for this.
Like you said, the customer wasn't planned, and your client can only fit them in if they have time. Amelia is a booking plugin, not a schedule and bookkeeping appointment, so fitting in appointments that have not previously been booked is not possible.
