I am working now with amelia, but I have noticed that my employees cannot create new customers from the front end platform, and I don't want to give them access to the WordPress to do it. Is there any other way for them to add customers?

There isn't a possibility for employees to create new customers with Amelia's current features, unfortunately. They can create appointments only with already created customers in Amelia. Please check out here if there is such request and vote for it, or suggest if there isn't one.
